Your game. Your choices.
Privacy policy
This policy explains how SpinHop and its support website handle information. SpinHop is operated by Hwechul Cho. You can play without creating a SpinHop account.
Progress stays on your device
SpinHop stores your scores, earned coins, unlocked and selected characters, completed-run rewards, tutorial status, and sound, haptic, and camera preferences locally on your device. The current game does not upload that progress to a SpinHop player account or online leaderboard.
Removing the app can remove locally stored progress. Your device's operating system may include app data in a device backup according to your settings. App Store purchase restoration is separate from local game progress.
Advertising and privacy choices
SpinHop uses Google AdMob and Google's User Messaging Platform to display ads and manage applicable consent choices. We request nonpersonalized ads. This does not mean that ads collect no data.
Google's advertising software may process your IP address, approximate location derived from it, device identifiers, device and operating-system information, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic or performance information. These are used to deliver and measure ads, maintain the service, and prevent fraud or abuse. Information processed by Google is subject to Google's Privacy Policy and its information about partner apps and sites.
Where applicable, SpinHop presents Google's consent message. You can revisit available choices using Ad privacy choices in Settings. SpinHop does not request access to the iOS advertising identifier through an app tracking prompt. The free game remains playable when ads are unavailable.
Rewarded ads are optional. Choosing or declining a rewarded ad determines whether the advertised in-game bonus is available; it does not prevent you from starting another free run.
Purchases
Apple processes in-app purchases through the App Store. SpinHop checks verified purchase entitlements on your device to enable purchased features, restore eligible purchases, and recognize revocations. SpinHop does not receive your payment-card number or Apple Account password, and the current game does not send purchase receipts to a SpinHop server.
Apple handles transaction and billing information under Apple's privacy policy. Purchase records maintained by Apple are not removed by deleting local game progress.
Support and this website
If you email us, we receive the address and information you choose to send. We use that correspondence to investigate your request and respond. Please avoid sending passwords, payment-card numbers, or information unrelated to your issue.
This website is hosted on Google Firebase Hosting. Hosting infrastructure may process standard request information, such as an IP address, requested page, browser information, and time of request, to deliver and secure the website. This static website does not use a site analytics script, advertising tags, or a contact form.
Sharing and retention
We use the providers described above to deliver the game, advertising, payments, and support. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to address security incidents and protect rights. Provider processing can take place outside your country under the provider's applicable terms.
Local progress stays on the device until it is removed. We retain support correspondence as needed to address the request and related support, security, or legal obligations. Google and Apple apply their own retention practices to information they process.
Your choices and requests
You can change the game's ad privacy choices where available, manage device privacy and backup settings, remove the app's local data by deleting the app, and contact us about information you have sent to support. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information, or to withdraw consent. Contact us to make a request; we may need to confirm that the request relates to your information.
Children
SpinHop is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. We do not ask players to submit their name, email address, or date of birth to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to us through support, contact us so we can address it.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when game features or information practices change. The effective date above identifies the current version.
